Local punk band The Underdogs return May 27

The Underdogs, a three-piece punk band from Miami, are gearing up for their first show in three years at King Fox Brewery in Hialeah on Saturday, May 27.

The band is releasing four new tracks over the summer: “Clean Cut”, “When I Was A Kid”, “Lost The Game” and “Link To The Past”. The Underdogs were a fixture in the Miami music scene in 2017 and are excited to get back out there to “entertain and please all those that enjoy fun, high-energy music”, according to the band’s bio. They formed in 2009 and have gone through several obstacles, iterations and names before today’s “current, consistent and promising line up...”, according to the band's bio. The group consists of founder and lead vocalist/bass player Miguel Delima, lead guitarist Manny Flores, and drummer Michael Romero. They are all about positive music and atmosphere and have goals to be nationwide to worldwide successes. They are itching to get back out into the scene more regularly.

Saturday’s show also features The Flesh Rockers, Miami ska band The Big Skandal, vendors and plenty of beer.
